Would that cover 2 20euro top ups then

No, it has to be €30 in one go:

of €10 (“Bonus Credit”) when you top up by €30 only and in one go (“Eligible Top up”)
between the 21st March and 18th April 2016

Looking at the terms, the €10 lasts for 30 days but it's used before your other credit. No mention if it can or can't be used through Google Play.

If appears to be "bonus" credit - which can't be used on Google Play or for pay-by-text services.

I've been getting €10 bonus credit for the last few months after registering an upgrade and it's essentially useless as I don't make many calls.

Any way to tell if it's been applied? Just topped up by €30 but no mention of an extra €10 - my balance just says €30

In a text I received lest week telling me about this offer, it said that the free credit would be applied by April 21st

Got anything to back that up? I can't find anything to say you can't.

    Nothing but experience.

Right now I have €0.00 credit, and €10 bonus credit which expires at end of the month (with another useless €10 in the queue for after that).

If I try to make a purchase in the play store it'll fail every time. Same goes for HMV game credit, when I last topped up €20 I had €20 credit, plus €10 bonus. Tried to "buy" a €20 Xbox voucher from HMV (which costs €25 in credit) and it won't work.

I can't find any T&Cs for this offer but looking at the Free credit for Life offer which was similar, ie top up €20 and receive bonus €10, it says:
The extra €10 credit can only be used for domestic call and text services

    Imagine it's the same

Thanks for the detail. It's of little benefit to me then.

So with PAYG you can't use your remaining balance as part of your €20 per month ?

I got this free credit. It is just added as credit to your standard balance and appears it can be used for anything. I have used some for Google Play and it worked fine.

It probably just took it from your other balance ie if you stopped up by €30 you'd have €40 total, it probo took it from €30 not from €10 extra.

For anybody interested, this free credit can be used in Google Play. You can also then request a refund for purchases on Google Play and it is added back to your account as credit that won't expire.
