Advise on a noisy staircase

My house is 8 years old and was the thrown up type it seems.

I was a chippy back in those days before the economy took a nose dive .

I just need a bit of advise on how to fix my stair case.

Its carpeted and underneath is slabbed and plastered in a downstairs bathroom.

It seems every tread and riser has come apart of its joint. Leaving a terrible sweek on every step.
I think this is well past the point were talc powder can be used.

I also think the wedged treads are lose for the stringer. Im guessing I will have to take apart the bathroom downstairs to repair.

Unless any of ya have any ideas on how to fix from above??
