    Hi ,
    Im going through a seperation now . We did mediation in dublin but my wife walked out of that . Trying since through solisitors but she ignores mine . This has been going on for two years !
    7 days leagal notice was served 3 weeks ago . On the 11th hour of that notice her solicitor said she was willling to enter talks . Then two more weeks of silence .
    Any advice ?

    She ignores any requests to talk , buying time maybe ? Or winding me up ? To force the issue is so costly so what route do i take ?

    Tbh you need to talk to your solicitor about what options you have.

    Afaik, to get a divorce you both need to go to court.
