Noticed this morning that one of the spokes has lost tension/lose.

Is it as simple as getting a spoke tool and tightening it up? Just seems to be one spoke. Rear wheel. Cant remember if its drive side or not.

is the wheel still true? this usually happens when you hit a curb or something and the wheel bends. if the wheel is still true, tighten the spoke but you may to tighten two adjacent spokes as well in order to keep the wheel true.
