Address to send P50?

I've been issued a form P50 to fill out and send in to the tax office along with my P45 for the purpose of requesting a refund of tax but there is no postal address on the form for where to send it back to, just that it's the Border Midlands West Region for my location (Donegal). It's only got the phone numbers listed, no street names or counties for each regional office.
The website has a High Road, Letterkenny address, anyone know if that's the one should use or?

Should look at doing that sort of thing online, only takes a few days to process where paper forms could take a few weeks.

Refund claims relating to periods of unemployment during a current tax year can't be claimed online. The form p50 has to be used for current year claims.

Pop your PPS number into the contact locator on the website and it will tell you the correct address to send it to.
