I'm currently looking at Prius's around 2013/14 vintage, and I was wondering does anybody have an idea what the difference is between the base and Luxury grades of the Mk III Prius?

I understand there was a small facelift in 2012 or thereabouts, and am wondering what changed at a functional level if anything, or was it just cosmetic?

Also anything in particular I should look out for.
