Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi!

I'm a little confused as to the difference in the tax of 2 cars.

I plan to buy a Toyota Auris 1.4 TD

The Luna (higher) model has 270 tax.
The Terra model has 200 tax.

Is there a difference in the engines or something that I'm not seeing? Both appear to be about 1364cc

Probably the wheel size which can affect Co2 ratings on some new cars. Larger alloy wheels can mean pushing the car into the next tax bracket. But if the Auris Luna was 3 times as much to tax as the Auris Terra I'd still buy it over the Terra model. But as it's only €70 its not even worth thinking about really.
