    I've a HTC one m9.
    Suddenly this evening a lock symbol is appearing in the status bar beside the connection type and I can no longer use data whether on Wi-Fi or phone network!
    What the fcuk is happening?

    Thanks for that, had Aruba VIA app on my phone, removed it and all worked again....

    Have had that app for a few years before this without any issues....
