Would cream doors on Oak coloured carcass look ok?

I know if there is some gaps between doors the light oak edging might show, would it look ok.

    countertop and floor is oak?

Could you sand and paint the carcasses

Take the doors and drawer fronts off and paint just the edges of the carcasses and then the doors.

Or just buy a roll of cream edging and iron it on over the old edging that's what I done and worked out great
