Gas Boiler Vent Question

Hi, I have a gas boiler with an external flue. I want to move the location of the external flue so that I can put up an awning on the outside wall. Is it possible to have some vertical ducting installed outside to raise the height of the flue? My boiler is an Ideal Classic SE18FF non-condensing model. Thanks.
