Does anybody remember Spin the Bottle, the movie? I would love to find out where it was filmed, where those flats were in Dublin? It was a spin off of the RTE series Paths to Freedom featuring Rats from the Flats.

Liked the series, thought the film was weak though.

Never heard of the movie before, but as I'm a man who loves Irish film's, can anyone point me in the direction of where I might be able to (ahem) obtain this movie?

It could he Ballymun, could be inner city. Might not exist anymore! TV series was even better than the movie if anybody likes the movie and has nit seen the TV series I would recommend it - Paths to Freedom.

The scene where Rats knocked over the Garda motorbike on his first day as a council roadsweeper was comic genius.

Have both PTF (for which if I recall correctly cost €35 when it came out!!!) and STB on DVD. PTF gets a watch every now and then by I haven't watched STB in years. Think a rewatch is due.

Nearly sure it was St Teresa's gardens in Dublin.
