    Hey everyone,

My brother is moving to Dublin after college. He has never played Rugby before but wants to give it a go. Any suggestions of places where he could train while up in Dublin would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks again!

    Thanks for the reply!

He will be based near Bluebell but he does not mind traveling.

It's coming to the end of the season now so not sure how many teams will still be playing, or for how much longer.

Guinness RFC would be the nearest to Bluebell, Terenure or Marys wouldn't be too far either.

    Thanks for your're reply.

Would those clubs train over the summer months though?

Best to contact them to see, they might play tag or something.

Usually they don't with pre season starting up in July sometime.

Or Parkmore or CYM* or, if he has a car, even Clondalkin or Tallaght :)

*Undoubtedly the best club in Terenure :pac:

Mary's would be a good shout for a beginner. They have a good setup in place and field teams in lower leagues

Yes they would but you as a beginner would be playing social rugby and those teams wont start back until August though there will be some training sessions on from July on. Best bet is pick/choose a club and contact the clubs director of rugby or coach of their junior team from this season
    Thanks

    Where are they based?
    Theyre on templeville road
