Aldi Steam Mop

So was delighted to get one of these last week and actually looking forward to trying it out as never used a steam mop before. But, bloody assembly if anyone got one do you find it really tricky to attach the short cross screw to the base mop/attached unit area also when screwing it in it keeps falling out and not…
