How often should I re-tune my Freeview box?

I have noticed that quite a few channels have changed frequency and other channels have been added. I was wondering how often should I re-tune my Freeview box? As I don't want to miss out on channels that have been added or changed frequency.

I assume it's a FTA (free to air) satellite receiver, Freeview is the UK terrestrial service like Saorview here via an aerial.

A retune is only required when channels move frequency, are added or deleted. There is no specific times when this happens so the best advice would be to keep an eye on website like these to see any changes taking place.

Manual retuning is the downside of a FTA sat receiver, a Freesat receiver does all this automatically.
