Anyone catch this on Netflix? It's Ashton Kutcher's new show, where he plays a wannabe pro sports player who fails.

I think. Honestly I turned it off after a few minutes. Laughing track over painfully unfunny jokes just makes everything seem unbelievably awkward.

Anyone manage to watch it for longer?

Nope exact same as yourself. Think I lasted three minutes. Awful stuff

Watched two episodes and gave up. Very formulaic and full of stock characters and jokes that've been going round for years.

Didn't expect much at all when I heard it was produced by Ashton Kutcher, watching it proved me right.

Watched the trailer and barely made it through that. The laughing track was ridiculous

Terrible, lasted one minute. Canned laughter was awful.

2:30 and a 'joke' about pissing on a Wayne Gretzky statue was as far as I got.

Was going to give this a go. I'll not bother on these reviews.

Oh my god... it's so awful. I barely got through one episode.

Suffered through the first episode, said to myself the second one can't be as bad......... 3 minutes in switched off. Very poor.

This ^. The folks who made it through an entire episode must have the patience of Job.

That laugh track  WTF were they thinking.

Turned it on, heard the "audience" laugh a few times.
    Nope.
    I'm out.

    OMFG how
    More money than sense.

Jokes aside, I could see this being quite popular with a certain demo in the US that perhaps aren't the usual Netflix customer.

I can't believe this is the show that brought Debra Winger out of semi retirement.

I will say it's not as bad as I had read about.

Must be the only one who likes it.

Sing along at the start and all.

I watched an interview with Kutcher (having not seen or heard of the show) and he spoke of how he grew up with and loved Roseanne (as I did) and wanted to do a similar depicting normal, everyday, blue collar folk. So intrigued I went to watch it.

Now its nowhere near Roseanne. The silly sex jokes dragged over from Two and Half men and crotch hitting between 30 something men is taking the show down.

I like the premise, I like the casting, I like the setting and I love the theme song. It has great potential to be a good show but its is being ruined by sex jokes, barbie doll dumb bimbos showing up etc.

Having said that I seem to be watching all the episodes. The mother and father are good characters too.

    Renewed for a 3rd season.

Wonder is this worth watching from season 3?

I thought it was season 3 I was watching. It was Part 3.

Each season has two parts of 10 episodes, for a total of 20 episodes per season.

    Season 1 - Parts 1 & 2, episodes 1-20.
    Season 2 - Parts 3 & 4, episodes 21-40.

First Netflix show I have read such unanimous reviews of - the writing is terrible, the jokes are painfully predictable and that laugh track is just embarrassing. Even Elisha Cuthbert can't save it.

Though did I see that it's on to its 3rd season?! Wtf?
