    Hi All,

With a brand new car, go to a pro and get an estimate. You want that scratch to be invisible and if you DIY it you may not succeed.

From how you've described it, the scratch has gone through the paint down to the primer. If that's the case, you've no other option really than to have that panel repainted.

A machine polish will help the look of it, won't hide it completely but it will improve it.

Where are you located? Someone should be able to recommend someone.

D&D detailing or Foxhole Norman on here would definitely be worth getting in contact with. They should improve the appearance no end.
