Anyone know how I can do this? Is it just a case of a wireless router's "internet" port to the SH's 1st ethernet port with a enthernet cable, plugging all other ethernet cables from the SH into the wireless router and then enabling modem mode via the SH settings page?

What would be the best router to do this on? The SH is very limited in regards to settings you can access

Thats what I did. Log in on 192.168.100(1).1 and switch to Modem only. Let it reboot. One ethernet cable from the Hub to router WAN socket. Your ethernet cables into the routers sockets and your switches. All my forwarded ports and settings still worked and no more 7200 to worry about.
Don't know about the best router. Have a WNDR3800. Thinking of upgrading too.
