Pre pay meter and bill problem

    I got the pre pay meter installed and agreed a percentag would come out off my bill and today i got a letter stating bill needs to be payed in full in 5 working days

    It also states a number of reminders have been sent yet i have not recieved them as my original problem of my address been mistyped still persists.

    Can a rep here sort this out for me .

    • Your full name as it appears on the Electric Ireland account
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
