    HI there,

    Ive paid in full for my car insurance and have forwarded all documentation as requested. Unfortunately I have been told by BOI that I didn't send the original NCB Certificate which I am sure I did.

    Can this be double checked somehow

    We'd advise you to contact RSA who underwrite out Car Insurance, you can call them on 1890 608 608 and they can look into this for you.
