Noisy campag wheel bearings

I have a set of eurus wheels with circa 1000km on them and the wheel bearings rattle like hell.
Although I have seen it in another set that a clubmate has, I'm assuming that that it's not normal.
Should they be taking a trip to my lbs?
    Cheers

I'm assuming you've checked them for lateral play? If so sounds very unusual. You haven't changed your cassette recently if that's not properly torqued it can rattle also.

There's s tiny bit of lateral play on tge front alright. The cassette is tight as si that's not an issue. I do find that if I tighten the crap outta the qrs it does reduce the noise significantly. But that's not the best for the frame.

Sounds like looseness but probably not wear. I wouldnt be using them until they were looked over to be honest.

10 or 11 speed cassette? Shouldn't be any noise out of them at all, even the freehub was quite stealthy

I would take it to LBS or take them apart myself as these campy wheels are very easy to service. Work of art these internals.

10 speed cassette on 11 speed hub may rattle if the spacer has been forgotten (common thing apparently even at LBS). But the fact that if you squeeze the qr and it makes things quieter may indicate bearings may be the culprit.

From experience these wheels do not do well against wet, so bearing pitting and failure is very likely too, but lets hope it's not that.

    Cheers for the suggestions folks.
    Quick update
I decided to check the hubs myself and found that when I loosened the bolt on the front wheel it took a full turn to tighten. Noise gone
Rear wheel took a half turn to do the job.
Silky smooth bearings now with no rattle anymore.
See pic below for the rear hub setup
