    Last role I had 13 separate passwords, with some systems cascading on change but using different policies. So if you put a hyphen in your AD password you would be locked out of two mission critical systems. Le sigh.

    Most people are smart enough to not give out their password. However, start up a friendly conversation about their favourite sports teams, pets, movies, teachers, where they were born and went to school, etc, and you will be half way there.
