Hi guys,

Wondering if somebody could spare time in answering our questions please:

My sister went to view an apartment in Newcastle, Co. Dublin (the south lyons estate). Reasonably priced, fine apartment etc . . . however the auctioneer was very skimpy with the info they could provide.

Is the whole estate under receivership?
Is there a management company?
Are the apartments timber frame (doubt it) but if anyone knows that would be great please?
Anti - social behavior issues?
