    hi, we got rid of the house phone at the start of February and received a final bill of € -30.95.
    Surely I should have received this by now,no?

    Thanks for getting in touch, Did you bill you received say final bill on it? 
    To claim your final bill refund you would need to contact customer care on 1901 and they will arrange a cheque refund for you.
