Removing/reinstalling Crud roadracer guards

    Has anyone successfully removed Crud roadracer guards from their bike and been able to reattach them the following autumn?

    Am thinking of taking them off now that Spring is here

    Mine have been off several times. Never had any problems. Just make sure not to lose any of the stupid little plastic screws/nuts.

    Yes,I take mine off every April and put them back on in October.Have now done 4 winters with mine,great mudguards.

    Cheers lads. I'll check the forecast for the 3 peaks challenge on April 10th before I go ahead and remove them!

    That thought did cross my mind but they take away from the looks of the bike and sure you cant have that! :cool:

    I've never successfully detached, or stored where they can be found again intact, ANY set of mudguards.

    And at this stage I've tried them all.
