I don't know why this has been on my mind lately, but I'm trying to find a book I used to read as a child. I've been Googling it and haven't been getting anywhere, so I was hoping someone here might know what I'm on about, or has read it before!

It was a book about a boy (name could have been Charlie, not sure), and was divided into two sections.

The first half of the book was about his computer. I think it could have been his first computer, or something like that. The second half of the book, if my memory serves me correctly, was about him going away with a football team, and playing a football match?

The book was probably released in the 80's or early 90's. It was a children's book so it wasn't a novel or anything. If anyone can remember it, or knows what I'm talking about, feel free to share!
