SkyQ with Multiswitch

I have a Wavefrontier T90 Torodial dish with 4 Quattro lnb’s and this multiswitch.

I have sky in two rooms and free-to- air, including Saorview in two other rooms. I know my current set-up will not work with SkyQ. It would be quite awkward to run two additional cables to the dish in order to use a hybrid lnb.

If I get this multiswitch

Can I connect the four feeds from the lnb I use for Sky to the inputs on the Triax multiswitch and then run four cables from the trunk out ports to the inputs on my existing multiswitch? I could then feed the two rooms with Sky from the Triax multiswitch for SkyQ and continue as I am with the other two rooms.

Yes, that should work.

I assume you'll be going the SkyQ + mini box route in which case you only require a single cable from the Triax dSCR multiswitch (16 SCR UBs per output).

Thanks, I just wanted to be sure there was no obvious issues with what I wanted to do.

And yes, SkyQ + mini box (Once I figure how to get my Setanta multi room Sub on the TV served by the mini box)
