    New website from what I understand.

    I believe the service mention by posters in their experience is obligated to read and respond to stories.

    Hope it takes off and becomes an means of improvement.

    Health system needs drastic reform in so many areas.

    Just FYI, the site is apparently run by an independent not for profit charity and the service/staff in the health service are in no way obligated to respond. See below from the website:
    How it works:
    1.Share your story of using a health service
    2.We send your story to staff so that they can learn from it
    3.You might get a response
    4.Your story might help staff to change services
