Hibernia and Part Time Education Option

Hi there, I'm just wondering if anyone completing Hibernia PME receives any sort of allowance during the course. As there is quite a lot of teaching practise, and it is a part time course would you be entitled to the Part Time Education Option? http://www.welfare.ie/en/Pages/Part-Time-Education-Option.aspx Thank you!
