Not sure if I'm in the right area but does anyone know what type of fonts were used in the
    Proclamation poster.
    Thanks in advance

The Proclamation was printed on a Wharfdale Stop Cylinder Press. The have one in the National Print Museum in Beggars Bush , They should be able to tell you the actual font used.
