Site linked to wix and clicking 'forgotten password' give no notification

I've been asked to help someone out and I have very little info.

Long story short, their site is hosted on wix, domain from blacknight. The domain was renewed today, the site has been down since some time last week.
I'm guessing payment issues. 
But when I try to access the blacknight account, I can't get in.
I tried clicking "Forgot password" and assumed it would go to the same email address that gave the notification that the domain was renewed, but no sign of it.


Have no idea what email address is associated with the wix account.


I haven't a clue where to go from here.

If you can contact our helpdesk with more specific details we should be able to assist you / your friend to login to the account with us.
