    After Monese updated their policy these folks might be interesting since they offer UK personal current accounts *for UK residents*.

    Yes, mondo is just doing emoney not a full bank until it gets it's own bank licence in the UK. At the moment Mondo has no IBAN or DD or other bank features until it gets it's PRA bank licence.
