shell & core finish

    im often told the cost to build a house is approx 1000 euro per sq m but does anyone know a rough cost per sq m when a house is at "shell and core finish".House is approx 213m two story(Galway )

    will depend on the specification of finish, including the plumbing and heating spec. A local QS should be able to be fairly accurate with a shell and core to finish costing
