Did a search on TRS and the newest thread was 4 months ago so hop that there is not a current thread this. If I sell a house and take a mortgage on a new property can the TRS be transferred? Is it linked to the original loan of 2012 or the person who took that loan (ie is it the person who is entitled to TRS, as opposed to…
