    1. Water grant

    If you have any queries regarding the payment and administration of the Water Conservation Grant, please call the Water Conservation Grant Support Team on 0761 087 890.

    Their opening hours are from 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and they will be happy to help with your query.

    2. Sewer running through garden

    If you have a similar query to the above, please send a PM with the following details and we can help:

    3. Credit on account

    If an Irish Water customer passes away, it is possible for the person who took over liability for water charges at the property to receive a refund if there is outstanding credit remaining on the account. We would require proof of payment towards water bills at the property in order to generate this refund.

    4. How to check past bills

    If you log in to your MyWater account here, you will be brought to a "Billing and Payment" overview page.

    At the bottom of this page, there are two tabs: My Bills and Payments Made. Your previous bills and payments should appear on the bottom of the screen once you click on these tabs.

    5. No Water in Corrawallen, County Leitrim

    Please visit wtr.ie/SupplyInfo to keep up to date with supply disruptions in your area. We also post all outage information on our Twitter page, @IWCare.
