    Hey all,

Looking for advice on a Personal Trainer in the Limerick area, who may specialise/have experience in dealing with middle-aged women who are diagnosed with osteoporosis.

    Cheers folks!!

I've recommended Aaron Priestly Galvin numerous times on here over the years. He is a real professional and excellent personal trainer. I often see him working out with people of all ages and abilities when I'm in The Strand: http://www.apgfitness.com/

For someone with osteoporosis I would suggest Osteofit as well. Brenda Cahill is the lovely women that runs it. She is very experienced at working with individuals with bone density issues. Osteofit website is here: http://osteofit.ie/
