Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    any craving, mood swing or frustration is only just the nicotine trying to take a hold on you, give it a few minutes, keep busy, even a light activity and you'll be fine :) . I'm only 6 days off them, cold turkey, but its the longest i've gone in 15 years.

    dont worry it can be done as i gave them up when cost was 50p per 20, dont go to shops so you cant buy them and have a stash of sweets like a gob stopper as that will keep your mouth busy.best of luck
