Issue with Xiaomi Redmi Note 3

    Hi,

    So I bought the Redmi Note 3 around a month ago from a European warehouse. Everything was going fine until Saturday night when I was trying to text a friend and the phone froze. I turned the phone off and switched it back on again and when it prompted me to put in my PIN to unlock the SIM it read "Incorrect PIN", though I'm certain it was the correct PIN. I haven't been able to get into my phone since and tried unlocking it with a different SIM but, again, no luck and just the "Incorrect PIN" message. Any suggestions on how to go about fixing this?
