    Hi

I was wondering what people use to when ordering on Amazon UK.

I usually leave the price in Sterling when completing the transaction.

But I wonder is there a better card than my regular credit card to use for fees or what's the best approach.

I use Amazon quite a lot so would be interested if there was a way to save on transactions.

Look into getting a Revolut card, will save you lots if you are buying in sterling.

You don't have to top up your Revolut card in GBP or USD is making purchases from UK or US based websites.
Just transfer in Euro from your bank account (usually with your debit card).
Add the Revolut mastercard to your cards on Amazon UK with currency for transaction set to sterling rather than let Amazon sell to you in Euro.

The purchase will then be debited from your Revolut Euro balance & converted to GBP at the interbank rate at the time of purchase.
This Revolut interbank rate will be 2-3c per Euro cheaper than the rate your Irish bank will charge you for GBP purchase or Amazon will charge you in Euro if you let them do the currency conversion
