    Hi guys

If a husband and wife own a house both names on the deads with no mortgage and they have no other assets, debts and they don't have any children, what happens in the following situation.

The wife moves out because she has met someone else? I'm assuming her share of the house is still hers.

You'd be surprised at a amount of other assets/depts. that turn up in a divorce.

Of course her half of the house is hers. Who else would her half belong to?
