    Hi All,
I have an Openbox V8s with internet connection via a vodafone mifi 4g Dongle (mobile signal is good and speeds are fine 10 mgps+). I am having problems with the Sat signal freezing on some channels Does anyone know if there is an adapter to allow me to connect the dongle directly to the Openbox via an ethernet cable?

Replace your Mifi device with a 4G router.

Costs a pretty penny but is a much more complete unit that the little mifi toy.

Did as you suggested and it's a vast improvement. Thank You :D

In a similar situation and wondering whether I should invest €150 for 4G router to replace my 4G mifi, one thing to note is that I (for now) will unlikely benefit from 4G as H+ is the best signal I can get (I have Vodafone 4G but find their cap to small, price too high and speeds are not higher than the H+ from meteor)

Right now I have the mifi working fine , have an extender/repeater ( and since we are talking about 10-15Mbps speed, there is no real loss in speed using the extender) and can cover the whole house. And the speeds seems to satisfy my needs. Doesn't mean I would say no to something faster

Could you qualify/quantify "vast improvement" ?

Did you see an improvement in signal strength ? Internet speeds ? Are you using an external antenna ? Did you get the B593 or another model ?

Sorry for the questions, but I'd really like to hear from someone who made the change from mifi to router before I part with my cash... "Don't fix what ain't broken"

Sounds like no use case now, just wait. Buy it when 4G comes to your area and at that point it'll likely be much much cheaper.
