    Has anyone used these before for booking holidays?

    I booked flights and accommation through budget travel. Its been all paid for. I got flight confirmation already and I thought the hotel confirmation would follow but it hasnt. Its been a few weeks. Is this normal practice to leave people wondering. I'm not going until June.

    Hi there

    I used them years ago - 14 years ago to be exact - I feel so old now!

    Yes, this is totally normal.

    From their website:
    When will I receive my tickets for my holiday?

    You will receive your tickets for your holiday 10 days prior to travelling once your balance is paid in full.

    I remember asking them about this before and the reason is so that you don't lose them between now and then.

    Used them 2 years ago, no hassle, great helpline too should you have ANY questions.
