Replacement/Upgrade Recommendation for 2002 BMW 745 Sytem

    Could anyone recommend an Audio replacement or upgrade system for a 2002 745?
    Looking for sat nav, bluetooth, aux line in, Digital Music (MP3 etc.) and all display on screen, controllable with existing iDrive media controller (as the current screen is sunken and isn't touch screen).

    These pictures of the 2005 and 2006 version are pretty much identical to it (2005 specifically)

    I would like to keep the overall look intact but not vital.
    I was looking at a few different systems, but I thought someone here may have a better idea of what would be better, or what is possible.
    The current system has a 6 disc loader above the glove compartment, that I don't really care for. Using it at the moment though.
