Visual Site Map?

    Hey folks,
I'm wondering does anyone know of any service out there that will give an interactive and visual site map that can be shared with developers etc?

I'm the owner of the website I'd want to put through it and I'm just thinking to use it in a way to ensure everything is in the right place and not only that, but for a way to get an overview of what pages still need content, edits and what pages are finished.

As well as that, I'd want to then share it with others who can then click on each page that's unfinished to see what needs to be done, when they click in, they'll see the notes I've left on each page or content that should be added to it, with notes and instructions and maybe even sketches or sample images I want uploaded and placed in certain spots of the page.

I'd probably be able to achieve the same thing by creating a HUGE photoshop file with a screenshot of each page and laid out like a regular visual sitemap, but if there's something out there that can save the hassle and of course the huge file sizes and probably slowdown opening and editing the file, all the better.

I see there's the likes of this: http://dynomapper.com/

but it seems to just use a regular visual sitemap without the editing/sketch/sample images?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated :)
