Named Driver Insurance Transfer (Aviva, et al.)

I was wondering if it would be possible to transfer a named driver from one vehicle policy to another, with the same insurer (in this case, Aviva); bearing any additional cost increases associated, or reaping any savings that may be applied, of course.

Would like to hear if anyone has attempted, or successfully gone through with a transfer with any given insurer. I'd hope no penalties (excluding the potential administrative fees) would be imposed.

Don't know for a fact but I see no reason why you couldn't.

Shouldn't be a problem just ring them and say you want to remove the named driver from one and add them onto the other depending on circumstances you might even get a refund
