Where the best place to get parking as closes as possible to the city centre? Like Ballsbridge area? RDS parking open?

The car parks in the city centre itself will be open. Irish Life, Jervis, Ilac Centre, Cathal Brugha St etc etc. Just look up the road closures, to make sure that you can actually get to them on the day.

It might be an idea to check before posting totally incorrect information such as this.

Private cars are not being allowed inside a cordon bordered by North Circular Road on the north side of the city and the Grand Canal on the south side.

No one will be able to use city centre car parks on Easter Sunday.

That's the whole point of the extra public transport services that are being provided.

OP - if you have a public transport option, I'd suggest that you use it.
