Salary as a Corporate Actions Analyst

    Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone has an idea of the salary expectations of a Corporate Actions Analyst? I am asking a bit late, as I have already given them my expectations - but I would love to have some more information from others.

It is pretty much a given that they will give me the job, it is just a matter of the salary now.

    Thanks! :)

    Dallisch

    Contract or Permanent?

Glassdoor indicates €22-25k as a base.

    Thanks for your response Razorblunt!

It is a 6 month probation period following a possible permanent employment. I saw the Glassdoor indication as well, but I find it interesting to see the disparity between the American salaries and the Euro salaries (not sure if I am too green on the Finance sector salaries to see why that difference is there). At the same time there seems to be an indication of 32-35k euro salary on Citibank on Glassdoor, which is an interesting jump.

The average seems to be, based on totaljobs website where they gather the info on the work ads, an average of 35.000 GBP per year.

Am I just being very hopeless? :)

It will depend on experience as you haven't stated in your op. Someone entry will get x whereas someone with 5+ years will be on more.

Here's a link to Brightwater salary survey 2016. Corporate actions are on page 14/15. Don't see analyst listed but administrator is

Thanks for pointing that out - it is a language specific role and I guess the closest thing would be the Corporate Actions Specialist? Or Middle Office Analyst (under Corporate Actions), so the 35k doesn't seem far off apparently, as I have no previous experience in the Finance/Banking sector at all.

Very happy with the response guys, if anyone wants to add something to the discussion, please feel free to do so :)
