Really not happy at the minute. Just can't get into study and has just hit how close the leaving cert is. There is pretty much no time when I take out Orals and project deadlines. Anyone have any tips or suggestions

If u can't concentrate while studying, maybe just do exam Qs, to get into practising how to do them. And it feels like you're doing something somewhat productive.

    She is right about practice:
Before my Christmas exam in Biology I did this with like 50 exam questions the night before with the topics we have covered and I got an A. It will definitely help.
    Other tips I find helpful:
Plan English essays for previous exam questions with intros and conclusions and use versatile quotes for the play and comparatives. Gives you a guideline for types of questions can come up.

    Mindmaps help for chapters.colourful.

Flash cards aswell but only for definitions or languages don't have too much info on them.

These help me for 5th year class tests hope they help you in some way.

    One step at a time.

Instead of 'studying for the Leaving Cert.', or, for example, 'studying Geography', pick one manageable piece and 'study features of river erosion'. Then, when that is done, go on to the next thing.

If you are faced with a mountain, it's hard to start, but take one little step and then decide what the next one is.
