hi all a site has come up in an area that myself and my wife wouldn't mind moving to. it doesn't have planning permission and i rang cork county council and the lady there was pretty vague. i've no idea of the process or anything but its inside of the settlement boundary in the below map. does this mean i would be ok to…

hi all
a site has come up in an area that myself and my wife wouldn't mind moving to. it doesn't have planning permission and i rang cork county council and the lady there was pretty vague. i've no idea of the process or anything but its inside of the settlement boundary in the below map. does this mean i would be ok to build (within reason obviously) or is there some process i need to follow first??
