Windows not activated after SSD upgrade

    I have Windows 8.1 installed on a 500GB sata drive in my laptop. It is activated on this drive. I cloned this drive using Acronis and EaseUS Todo Backup and both fail to copy the activation over. When I click on activate it says Windows cant activate try again later. I also extracted the Windows key and input it again. Same result.

    Any suggestions? :confused:

    Personally I'd go with a clean install.
