Diploma from moldova?

Hi guys
A friend of mine has a diploma from the university of moldova, EQF level 6 which seems to translate to NQF level 7/8. Its in economics and finance.
She is thinking about trying to attend a course but doesn't know which to attend or if her diploma is valid in ireland.
Does anyone know any courses that would suit her or maybe a conversion courses so she could use her diploma here.

Thanks for the reply I had a look there when I Had her diploma and it said it was equivalent to a level 8 in Ireland, would that be actually applied if she was looking for a job here in Ireland.

As far as I remember she can apply for a certification of recognition from QQI. She would need to send them her diploma.
